I tend to stay outside Patong when visiting Phuket as I prefer the chill vibe.

I said I would mention some of the nicer places I typically stay at when visiting.

For condos in Rawai I've stayed at:

The proud condominium 

Calypso condominium 

And I highly recommend the melody hotel in Kata and its very reasonably priced especially for long term stays, I think It was 18k baht to stay the month.

All are guest friendly no problems there.

Thanks..  I’m visiting Phuket for a few days and looking to stay outside Patong..  I’d been looking for guest friendly places in Rawai..  I’ll check out the 2 above..  

I haven’t found any info anywhere as most sites concentrate on Patong, Kata and Karon..
