I don't know if that is too old or not but you might check with @misteregg He exclusively uses old iPhones for his streaming cameras. I think there is a limitation with the software he uses for that about how old the iPhone can be, but I'm not sure. Hopefully, it will work. 

I know for me, I'm much happier when I can find someone with a use for my old hardware rather than it going to some landfill or something. I applaud you for taking the time to look into rehoming your old phone.

He can't use the 6, but THEN I found an 11 under a ton of other Tshirts that are going to charity as well, he can use that one.

I asked him to make sure the 6 goes to an employee that on some day, really needs it.
