How to change view format

Hi All, 

Not sure what I did but it seems I activated some sort of desktop mode on my account and now it's made the site on my phone unreadable. Screen shot to show what I mean. How do I change it back please? I've searched for the answer here but can't see it even though I'm sure someone has had this happen before.

Depent of your android version

But if you click on the 3 lines down left, you can open a menu with options like "see PC version" or "see phone version"

I have this in french but should work in english too
