Dental Hygienist - anyone know a good one?

Does anyone know and can recommend and good dental hygienist in Pattaya please?
I dont need any dentistry work done, just a clean and polish thanks. I'll be staying near soi Bukhao but anywhere in central Pattaya is fine but I'm happy to travel a bit for better service. I'd also be interested to know what sort of prices to expect if anyone has used a hygienist recently. And what are the standards like, I'm assuming pretty good?

You will find that almost every dentist does the cleanings here. Dental Hygienist isn't an occupation taught like in the west.

In Thailand, the dentists do the cleaning. They have dental assistants but no dental hygienist. It seemed strange at first, but it works just fine.

Deutsche Dental Clinic; Dr Ramin, Theprasit Road. The reason I go there is that they work with top of the line dental equipment and follow German dental hygiene protocols behind the screens.

Not sure whether it really matters when cleaning teeth but for any other dental work I value that.

1500 THB for cleaning.

As mentioned already, in Thailand the cleaning is done by a  dentist, not by a dental hygienist and I assume most wil ldo an excellent job.

Yea, the dentists do the cleaning in Thailand.  The problem I have found is that they don't always do a very good job.  Often rushed.  I am sure you can find ones that will do a good job but my experience has been very mixed.  I think it's more like lowly grunt work to a dentist that can make much more money doing other procedures.
