Free Water & Elec ?

Hi everyone.

Can we find some place with free electricity and water ?
Not far from Soi Buakhao or Treetown.

I found a nice guest house (opened in February 2023) But it is now closed.
The owner (danish) was a very nice guy but business were not that great so he sold the place.

Daily and weekly rates are at most places incl. electricity and water. If you want to stay for a month or longer, then that is different. As you do not tell us for how long you are looking to stay, not easy to give you advice. However let me guess, best would be a very cheap Guesthouse? Not my world, but maybe someone else can help you.

No visa, 1 month.
So of course, I always stay one month.

On my last visit, I paid 11.000 baht for one month (+ 1000 deposit)
I just don't want to take a shower on my toilet. I need a real shower 555

Nothing is free in this world, they just include it in the rent and set it higher than it would have been if the water and electricity was separate

Of course it's not free. But I just want to pay on the first day and don't think about it.
I don't want to shut down the aircon because I'm worry about how much it will cost.

Have a look on YT at a channel called everything Pattaya, you'll probably be looking at a guesthouse if you want an all inclusive rate, from memory 

Thep apartments 18K pm

Marina house 8K pm

Baan buakhao 18K? pm

Ivory Palace 15K pm

Dinkys 15K? pm (owner a BM here)

Hideaway guesthouse (also a BM)

The nest 16K ? pm

There's also a Belgian guesthouse nieuw V something?  (can't remember the name) on Soi Boomerang around 16K pm

All were fully inclusive elec & water & are around buakhao.
