Google Authenticator

Greetings, 

I'm looking for a legitimate IT specialist, who can download the Google authenticator APP into my Android Tablets and Cellphone? Currently,  I can't login to my Crefit Union in Hawaii due to their Security upgrade! Credit Union representative recommended that I create a Google Authenticator to access to my account!

Why would you need an IT specialist to do this?

The app is available on okay store and the apple app store and takes about 1 minute to set up.

You will need to be logged into your Credit Union account to "pair" your Google Authenticator with your bank, so I suspect you will struggle since you are unable to login in the first place. Perhaps the Credit Union representative will be able to provide a one-time use login code for you to access your account based on a number of verification questions to get you set up with Google Authenticator.
