Just saw this place on everything Pattaya, it's a guesthouse on soi 21, I've walked past several times on previous trips & like the location.

The rooms are older style but look decent, even has a small swimming pool, seems very good value at 7800 Baht per month + elec & water.

Anyone stayed here & care to share a quick review please?

I'd like to give you a review, but it's always full !
I tried many times, I even send a thai girl to check for me. With no success.
