Phuket - Recommendations for Private boat hiring

Does anybody body have recent experiences with hiring private boats in Phuket?
I so can you give me your recommendations.

I have a few days in Phuket in November and want to take a Private boat to see some of the islands.
This is my personal preference instead of a (big) group boat.

I've gotten a few off Google but it's hard to gauge the quality experience

Cannot say I have had experience of private hire of a boat in Phuket, but over several years of living on the island I did occasionally go on one. There are plenty of boats available, and should be no problem getting one in November. Likely a different story Dec -Jan, peak tourist season.

I suggest do a little research online, but don’t make any decisions until you are on the ground. You will get a better feel for boats, where you want to go and what you can do once you are there. Discuss at the tour desk where you are staying. Can usually get sorted in fairly short order, so don’t worry about missing out.

I just watched this yesterday. I took the same tour in 2016 but I did not upgrade for the private tour.

Recommend it.

Will definitely do that. Makes a lot of sense not to commit before actually being there.
