Just booked my flight with eva for next January, good price i thought £670 , i am thinking of booking seat 45 extra legroom but was wondering if it's worth the extra £120 one way, has anyone flown in these seats, thanks.

I have, don’t book a window seat as there is a bulge on the emergency exit door which kind of gets in the way of your legs, the seat is slightly slimmer also, presumably as the arm rests are thicker to allow for the tv screen and table tray to fold out of them. Not an issue for me as I’m skinny anyway, Seems to be £132.40 each way for extra leg room now. I’m still debating if I’m going to pay it for my sept trip. But it does make for a more comfortable flight. Also the arm rests don’t fold up on the extra leg room seats so if you get a row to yourself you can’t lay out across the whole row,

I work hard to support those on benefits! :Banghead2:

Thanks, just noticed it's gone up, gonna book it anyway, booking a aisle seat.

Been playing around today with dates for January (60 day trip). Best I could find is £718.

If you're a long bastard like me (6'4") then it's worth it, an aisle seat is preferable. I've flown twice with Thai post no covid restrictions as they worked out  cheaper once legroom seats are added (they charge around £75 per flight).

A tax for being tall :Cuss4:

I’ve paid for the extra leg room and it’s not a good seat in my view as you don’t have a seat pocket in front to store things and it ends up being pain having to put things on the floor.
