Hi,

im gonna get a calcium CT score test next time I’m in Pattaya

The hospitals in Pattaya or close enough are

Pattaya international

Pattaya City

Bangkok Hospital

Bang Lamung - Not easy getting info.

Jomtien Hospital does not offer the check. Heard Pattaya international & Bangkok hospital are the most expensive. Is that all the hospitals?

Guess so but how many hospitals are needed to do a calcium test?

Bangkok Pattaya website links to their Bangkok Heart Hospital for the test so don’t know if they do it in Pattaya. Assuming this is what you meant, it’s 2500 baht.

https://www.bangkokhearthospital.com/en/package/ct-coronary-calcium-score

BTW Pattaya Memorial Hospital wasn’t on your list.

Why not get it done at home?

It’s only a check. I don’t have any symptoms. It’s £750 at a hospital a few miles from my home. I paid £60 seven years ago in Pattaya. It’s a good check to get done

I would have thought them all if they carry out heart surgery

I was meaning to put the memorial instead of City. Is there a City one as well?

Pattaya City Hospital is between Soi Buakhao and Third Road not too far south of Soi Diana/Soi Lengkee etc.

Pattaya Memorial is on Soi Buakhao near Pattaya Klang.

Pattaya International on Soi 4.

Bangkok Hospital on Sukhumvit just north of Pattaya North Rd.

Just dug up a photo I took at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital when I had a full check up there in May. I know this offer has finished but will give an idea of costs:

750 pound! thats nuts, we have clinics here in oz that do it for the equivalent to Pattaya prices.

Good luck hope all goes well.

I would avoid Bangkok hospitals like the plague, they are ALWAYS much more expensive than their alternatives ime.

So far the Bangkok one is the cheapest. I have emailed back asking what other fees they charge. Pattaya Memorial is second cheapest

Incredible ime, in my 17 years living here the only time i would say Bangkok hospitals are cheaper than their competitors is if they are offering a promotion. Obviously if you are comparing prices with some of the Bangkok hospitals ie Bumrungrad then they will be cheaper.
