Hi guys, 

Just received my Thai Elite and as of this autumn I'm become a Thailand Expatriate. As a travel insurance no longer cover my needs, I'm opting for proper Health Insurance. So, with that background - what issuers do you guys prefer? 

Hearing good stuff about Cigna and Allianz. Also, being recommended to stick with an international issuer and not a local Thai policy as - evidently - local Thai insurers scrutinizes the claim far more than an international policy (can't state that as a fact, it's simply what've been told from several people).
