0 New Messages

I am still seeing '0 New Messages' near the top of the page even though I have just posted a few new messages myself.

 

When I click on the link I am redirected to my Control Panel page.

 

I have found a sort of workaround which is to search on anything then go to near the bottom of the search results and select the 'Get Active Topics for Today' option.

Um, I think you'll find that the '0 New Messages' relates to personal messages (PMs).

 

I usually just click on 'View New Posts'. That gives me a listing of all the new posts since my last visit.

don't know if mine even works,Laamok u msg me but it didn't show it then i look at it a month later and ask why u msg me but u never reply so IMHO it doesn't work.

I sent out a mass email to 23000 members, I estimate half of them went through blank for some strange reason.

 

I have had thousands of replies, some of them lengthy socialable replies. I still get 20-30 PM's a day with these replies asking why i sent a blank PM

 

I have a big backlog Please bear with me until I get to yours!
