Hi, I requested this but no longer need it, it sends me contents I follow, by email, but I can't find how to 'unsubscribe.'

Can anyone tell me how to go about deselecting this please?

Click on your name in upper right corner,

then click on manage followed content,

the next screen will give option to change preferences
