Finding a Thai language partner in Pattaya

Hi everyone,

I have been studying Thai language for a few months now. I lived in California. I study alone and talk to no one. 

I usually spend  months in Pattaya each year. How can I find a Thai person to practice speaking with?  I am married, so I wouldn't want to find a girlfriend (which would make it so much easier). Drinking in bars gets expensive with the ladydrinks. Where do I find people to chat with?

All my partners I have had in Pattaya over all the years have know "Thai Language"
