I just saw an add for re/max investment property on Facebook.

I don't understand i though you could not get a loan as a foreigner. 

So where is the catch ? Is it like old overpriced condo that they tried to sell ?

Nam Talay Condo in in Najomtien. If you want to go to Pattaya, you have to go via Sukhumvit Rd. There is not much Info about this condo, but if you do a google search you will find prices starting around 1.1 million for a studio.

The loan here may not be by a bank, but by the seller.

Loan is from the seller probably a financial company

Big interest over that time though .better off paying outright if you have the cash

Is it something common In Thailand , that you take a loan from the seller and nit from the bank ? 

Is it something 100% legal or is it something in the grey area ?
