Monthly Rental June/July

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a monthly rental for June/July in the Soi Buakhao area. 

I have previously stayed at the Diana Estates, Chaba Huts, Opey De Place amongst others. 

I was looking at Nature View as an alternative. All I need is access to a pool. Budget around 20k.

Have you seen the Chaiyapoon inn, I walked past there last year they were advertising 12k per month.

I have no idea on the quality though

Actually u can look at Golden Sea. The rooms are big and nice. Price for monthly for superior room is around 18K. There is also a pool a fitness center.
