I have been searching around the Watthana area .... ideally i want to be on the BTS line, or at a minimum a MRT line close to Sukhumvit station. However, prices seem very high for my requirements. Ideally i want a 3 bedroom (rare to find), with a decent balcony, and away from the main thorough roads so at least a few hundred yards away from the main roads. 

If was to look outside Watthana area, where would you recommend ?
