EV motorbikes

For a regular e-bike, with pedals and electric assistance when peddling, as far as I am aware, no licence required. Same as in other countries. I rented one for a couple of days in Hua Hin several years ago. Dunno of anywhere that has them in Pattaya, but probably available somewhere….. try goggle.

If you are talking about electric motorcycles, licence would be required…. Dunno if they have arrived in Thailand yet. Honda did have a PCX hybrid for sale for a while, but expensive, with little real benefit, it seems it disappeared from the market quite quickly.
