Have a Thai company that were set up 7+ years ago to own the land my house stands on, company is set up for 2m.

This company has accounts prepared and pays tax paid every year, next set of accounts and payment will be this April and is expected to be 15,000bt same as last few years.

Company can only be bought, cannot have names swapped for.  Sold for same price as paid when setting up with original shareholders in 2015.

Company will be sold with no debts and clear for one financial year.
