Intown Hotel Soi 11 Honey Inn

Hi all, I stayed here on my last trip 30 yrs ago, a good location and decent , good sized and clean rooms, but that was then and I realise things might have changed! It was the same standard as the Bay Breeze opposite.

I will admit that I'm really  a back to being a newbie now after all this time, but wondered if it was still going or is any good? Otherwise I'm after a non budget type hotel ( stayed also in the Sawasdee nearby and want much better that that with all respect) in this area with swimming pool, GF. not on a busy main road and everything on this site seems to suggest the Areca, which looks to be the level I'm after .  I'd be grateful for any advice thanks.
