Looking at property in the Pattaya area, but when I live there I may want to get a dog. I guess there are very few condos that allow pets, a house may be better option? Maybe somewhere like the Village on 3rd road

Mate, 

The Siam Oriental group of condos in Pratumnak were pet friendly when I was there a year ago. I can only assume they still are. 

Other option as you say is a house.
