Problems adding friends - LINE

I have started to add a few ladies on Line the last few days. This is where I had my problems most of the time. I could add a maximum of 3 friends per day before I got an error message. 
Does anyone know if LINE has a block here, so that you can only add a limited number of people per day? 
Or does the error message only appear if you add too many friends within a short period of time?

Yes. It looks like, you can't add too many people in a short amount of time. Every time I added a bunch of girls in a short amount of time, I got soft banned. The soft bann usually lasted 24 hours. 

How did I solve this problem? Don't add too many people in a row. Spread it throughout the day. So I had no more problems.
