I was in Koh Tao last time in 2006. I took an escort with me from Bangkok so I didn't have need for bar girls or special massages. I only noticed some beer bars with girls that are not directly on the beaches. What is situation now ? Any ladybars or massage shops with guaranteed extra services ?
