Found quite a good article here about per incidence transmission rates for men who have sex with FSW in Thailand best to read for yourself but for what I gleaned the rates are between 0.0406 and 0.0761 per act, much higher than in studies conducted in the west, the article gives reasons such as high prevelance of other std's and a greater chance of having sex with a partner in the early "acute" phase of HIV infection when they are much more infectious. A 0.05 chance is still pretty small but keep at it and you will be up shit creek eventually.
