Search improvements

Was recently temporarily "banned" after trying to refine my search resulting in a couple unnecessary heavy searches. No harm for me though as it was back working after a little break.

Maybe it would be good with a link to advanced search under the search input? Very often I search for two words, and then have to do a couple of new search for using AND and then maybe for searching only in titles after. I notice the search is not very fast, so that implies it uses quite an amount of server resources too, so it might save some CPU time if the user more easily can go straight to the advanced search and avoiding doing "intermediate" searches to get the result.
