Hotels 18+ and reasonable joiner fee?

Howdy 👋

It's going to be my first time to Pattaya in February and I've been reading and searching in the forums here for a good place to stay.

Could you guys recommend hotels where:

• they allow 18 year old girls
• and have a reasonable joiner fee like 500 THB when bringing 2 girls (or even better, no joiner fee)

Just got a reply from Baraquda that girls have to be 20+ and joiner fee is 1500 THB... 😶

I guess a good alternative would just to book an apartment from Airbnb right? But then going to lose the daily room cleaning service and fresh towels which is very nice perk of hotels.
