Eva air star alliance

Hi just wondering if anyone has had the same problems as me ? i could not fly with Eva air last february due to the airline not operating due to covid so i flew singapore airlines business class lhr to singapore then to bkk return . the system took my silver class frequent flyer details and i thought great at least i can have some airmails to top up and then hopefully gold class card sooner. allas i could not log in to my eva air millage within the 6 months due to a technical hitch and lost the millage because i did not apply in time . any thoughts of how to ask if they could put my miles on my account after so long ? much appreciate any help

Only way I would think is to contact them and tell them what you said in your post, hopefully they might do it
