Budget hotel for binge World Cup Watching

Hello all, I'm looking for a budget hotel $25USD or less near Tree town/soi buakhso area that has a good TV in the room.  

I normally stay Soi Honey and don't care about the TV quality but I'm thinking of making a trip down to Pattaya in case I need to view the games in a bar.  (I currently live in the rice paddies in Issan) As most games will be late at night I would like to watch them in my room and I usual budget hotel always has really poor reception on the TV.
