Just saw this hotel listen while checking out booking.com

According to booking it opened on september 27th but I can't remember seeing it pop up in the searches until now.

Another with opening offers until Christmas.

Using the Royal Garden Mall as a starting point, it's not an easy hotel to get to after a night out.

Yep, it's closer to Soi 6 than WS. But still a distance for that as well

Been watching this go up over the years, but not impressed with the room design and seems overpriced. Building looks like a Thai style condo (there are many on the Soi) and was surprised that it ended up being a hotel.

Has anyone stayed here yet? The price is very competitive and it looks decent. I'm aware of the location issues and I'm ok with that (also looking at March hotel etc).

Appears to be guest friendly.

I'm staying just down the road atm, noticed a large bus parked outside yesterday, so this hotel may attract large tour groups if that is an issue.
