Rental Agency/Agent recommendations

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to book a condo for an upcoming Pattaya holiday. 

Can anyone please recommend a tried and reliable agency or agent ? 

I'm not in Thailand at this moment - needs to be contactable via e-mail.

I know that there are plenty of rental groups on Facebook, etc - but I'm looking for someone reliable who was tried and can be recommended by the BMs here.

Your wasting you time contacting real estate agents before you get here .. they are only really interested in showing people around condos who can sign a 6 or 12 month lease (usually 12 months) , you won't get much response asking for details via email if they know you are not in pattaya.   For short term holiday lets that you can 'book' online you could take a look at Dancewatchers , airbnb etc
