Before Covid I used a few different taxi services, like Mr T, PT taxi.

For this trip I thought I’d save a lousy 100 bt and get a Boss taxi pickup from the Airport for 1k

False economy and a lesson learned,  I waited for an hour, and I would be still there if it wasn’t for one of the other companies driver , calling Boss to find out where my driver was. After the 3 calls I waited another 20 minutes for them to arrive! 

So moral of my story is, stick with the taxis recommended on this site, I know I will in future
