Not receiving notifications of followed content or new topics I have added

Was working fine ,but for the last 7 days nothing !

Even when I change email notifications from once a week to daily 

Can you help please 

Also not appearing in " junk mail " or other folders

I've noticed one thread that forgot I was following. Just had to click the button again. Are you getting the on site notifications? Could be a matter of just follow again.
