Centra Hotel - Religious hotel?

This is the Centra hotel I am asking about, not the Centara Azure hotel or the Centara Residence Condos

I like the look of the hotel, location, price, etc

But the website talks about "Thailand's Premier Kosher Hotel", it has a synagogue, etc

Each to his own for beliefs and religion as far as i am concerned, but I don't want to be "surrounded" by any religious stuff, especially when i visit Pttaya.

Any non-religious people stayed here?

Was the religious stuff noticeable?

Thailand must be wrong place for you, since everywhere you go have somekind of religious stuff.

You wouldn't feel it. They converted one condo for a synagogue (not sure how many times a week they use it) and you can order kosher food there. But if you didn't know you wouldn't even notice it. Don't worry. Have your fun.

Haven't stayed there, but just read a bunch of reviews, which were mixed. Some said the rooms were clean, some said they were smelly and dirty. While people said the breakfast was good, if the hotel keeps kosher, there may be some limits on what they serve.

But more than that, I would think the fact that no one on Pattaya Addicts has reviewed this hotel shows it's not really a hotel that's worth considering when there is a whole city's worth of girl friendly places
