Suggestions for a 75 day stay - Jan to March 2024

Guys ,

Im planning on maxing out a visit for 75 days in mid Jan 24 ( yes sorry planning ahead I know )but I’m looking for condo /hotel suggestions.I’ve been twice before and had an apartment at VT6 through Dancewatchers and stayed for a week at the Wave hotel .

I’ve a budget of in the region of 60,000 bhat a month but have a few requirements 

• Condo must have a sea view or pool view 
• ‘Pool 
• lower floor if possible 
• Modern and not old type Thai 
• 15 minute walk to LK/Buahkoo or a short motor taxi or bolt ride 
• Guest friendly 
• Close to include a 7/11 family mart
• Easy travelling  distance for girls 

Im currently down to Grand Avenue  on Buakhow 15 or maybe hotel Amber.

 

Open to any further suggestions and agents to contact 

 

Jontiem is also looking attractive so I wouldn’t rule out a few weeks there either.

I would go crazy in that small room for a month at Amber . But they have bigger ones on the highest floor when i remember correctly.
