Own designed jewellery, can it be made in Thailand?

Gents!

It's so I will be visiting the Philippines to see my daughter and her mother this coming December.

I have got an idea to give them both a necklace where their names would be in a form of heart. Their names are 7 characters ending with same 4 characters... so my idea is to have those 4 characters and then their own and the other one's 3 characters in a heart formation.

Now, my question is how long would it take to make this in Thailand and what would the approximate price be?

1) Pure gold

2) Plated gold

I don't know the size, but obviously needs to be pretty small.

I hope You will get my idea, otherwise ask and I'll clarify. 

I'm just asking for approximates, I know this is hard to respond to but please if anyone have done their own designs.....
