Looking for land in Maprachan (with or without house)

I'm looking for land close to Maprachan lake, the closer the better. Anything up to one rai. I would buy a house, but almost all I see are not suited to the climate here - too big, too much exposed concrete/glass, not enough ventilation. So if the property has a small or old house that's fine, I just don't want to pay a lot for bedrooms that are rarely used. Thanks in advance.
