at the current rate of progress you can forget october. it's Soi 15 heading to buakaow. talk is cheap.

the photos show the area at the back of the avenue shopping area by the 90 deg bend in the road, and by the cut to soi diana aka piss alley. work has been stalled here for several weeks.

i can understand the frustration of traders at the slow rate of work

Its almost like most of their crew has taken a 2 week holiday!  I saw some of them re-digging up some of the laid concrete outside the mercure yesterday!  Yep no way Oct .. no way 2022!
