Copy and paste of previous:

The generic for Cialis is called Apcalis. Identical active ingredients.

It is widely available, both in pharmacies and also street vendors. Example, KISS restaurant in Second Road, opposite Mikes Shopping Mall; just wait a bit, vendor will soon come along.

Pharmacy price is usually 100 bahts per tablet. Street vendor, pay about 80 bahts with haggle.

Many threads on this board re sex pills, just search.

You can buy a pill cutter for smaller dose than 20mg tablet. Ebay is $A4.29 (~110 THB) inc postage in Oz.

Sorry don't know, but personally I wouldn't import any pharmacuticles into Thailand from overseas. You run the risk of what you purchased being confiscated by Thai customs when it arrives in the country.

Yes, but it's much more expensive that Apcalis which has 100% the same active ingredient Tadafil.

Don't confuse generics with knockoffs, Tadalafil is the generic.

I remember that the last time i bought Cialis 20 months ago, Fascino Pattaya North gave me the choice between 20 mg and an other strength, not sure which one.

You can go there and check if you haven't tried this pharmacy already.

Just for reference it is best to use Google to search the forum.

Type  https://forum.pattaya-addicts.com: apcalis  into the Google search box for forum results.

I checked the prescription, it actually says Tadalafil Sandoz 10mg. The Doctor has always referred to it as Cialis. I don't use it that often, as a matter of fact, only in Thailand - lol - and i like it as I have never experienced any side effects. That includes moderate consumption of alholoc. 🤪

Another thing it does is to cure my dyslexia so I actually manage to order alcohol 😉

Where in Pattaya can I buy Cialis / Apcalis?

You can buy generic 5mg tablets online from this Bangkok supplier.

PULSE-LIVING - Voucher Talafil 5 mg 30 Tablets  2500b for 30 tablets, so 83 baht each.

They also have the Lilly non-generic 5mg tablets for 4200b for 28 tablets, so 150 baht each.

PULSE-LIVING - Voucher Cialis 5 mg 28 Tablet

If you can deal with using a pill cutter, buying generic tadalafil 20mg off a street seller is the least expensive way to acquire it.

My first month prescription I got from the pharmacy at Bangkok Hospital and that was 12,000b for 28 tablets. I really was not interested in filling any future prescriptions at Bangkok Hospital. 🙂

If you're just wanting to use an on-demand dosage for a Pattaya holiday, I'd suggest using the street sellers 20mg tablets.

Eh, just about any pharmacy, street corner or just sit in a bar or café, the hawkers with watches, tat, and others, amongst whom will be one with  a tray of various pills!

People say to me "Pattaya is like Sodom and Gomera"

I say "it's not at all like that"

"Sodom and Gomera were mere prototypes, whereas Pattaya......"

The medication works best for me if I take 10 mg two days in a row and then the full 20 mg tablet when I plan to have sex. If I just take the 20 mg with out the 10 mg doses preceding, results are much less reliable.

Its best not to break cialis tablets, rather buy the correct quantity. Generics sold here in India have the online page specifically say dont chew, break or crush the tablets.

Also 20mg is like the max dose. Unless you have severe ED try lower doses. 5mg or 10mg should be more than enough for most people

Also there are two dosage regimens. Please so some reading on that if you intent to take it. Daily dosage can be taken in 2.5mg or 5mg and if on demand its 10mg or 20mg

Why? I've been doing it for months without any issue. Problem is I can only find the 20mg tablets around here.

Some tablets are manufactured with an Enteric coating that makes them a time release drug, those tablets should not be split.
Cialis and Apcalis do not have an Enteric coating, therefore they are not time release, so there's no reason that a 20mg tablet can't be split into smaller doses.

Not sure of the reason. They are definitely not extended release tablets but most tadalafil manufacturers recommend swallowing whole. For cialis it may be due to the shape and difficulty in cutting in exactly in half but not sure why the others specify that since they are evenly shaped.

I think it's more to do with the pharmaceutical companies financial benefit, and them not wanting to encourage a 1 dose tablet, being spit and to become 2 doses.

5mg dose is not really best used for ED

That dose is a daily dose for folk after having radical prostectomy for long term use sometimes daily for few years

I had used Generics from India for many years ,good service and reasonable price .I allways obtained by on line order delivered to home before travelling .

They supplied Cialis+ in 40 mg tablets.

Cialis is Fizer and at the time was very expensive @ 36$A a pop.I would buy 50 from India @ 9.50$A a pop and sell 1/2 to mates @15$,made for cheap shaggin .

However,I never the noticed there advise (if it existed then) to not break the tablet and it happened that I had mixed results with the 1/2 dose(20mg) ,as it turned out the doctor told me that UWA had tested the pills and found the content of the Cialis to me inconsistant and as low as 12% , The + (unnamed chemical) was designed to increase endurance and with a couple of beers it was effective .

Now the price of Cialis in Aussie has dropped by more then 1/2 and I buy the 20 mg and cut it in half..works fine .

There is no guarantee that the what U are buying with out prescriptio is Real as labeled .I have friends who purchased "genuine looking"product from street vendors and market stands and were very dissapointed .

Anyway ,its so cheap in the USA & UK why not buy the real thing ,In 15+ yrs travelling to BKK 3 times a year,I have Never beed checked by customes ,& under Thai law if U have a prescription its allowed .

Why take a chance on local stuff ??
