Sumalee residence- anyone stayed there before?

Hi just wondering if anyone has any info on this guest house?

Was supposed to be staying at Bay Breeze hotel but they cancelled my room due to renovations and this is one of the options im looking at.

Really appreciate any advice/reviews etc

Never stayed but I did see this rather popular (you'll see why) video of it.

Whoever is in charge of answering their What's App and Facebook messages us hopeless.

Tried asking numerous times if they are guest friendly and that I've already booked a room through Agoda and they keep replying with pictures of the room and how to book it.
