Mid Range Hotels - Which are well maintained post pandemic?

Hey fellow BM’s,

Now that Thailand is showing signs of life, I’m sure many of us are eager to return.. myself included. 

Whilst it might be easy to predict service levels and creature comforts in the 4-5 stars (Hilton etc).. I’d love to hear from those on the ground and staying in the mid range hotels. Post pandemic some might not have been kept well maintained over the past couple of years. Bed bugs, dirty pools and sandpaper towels I’m sure we all want to avoid 😂

To make myself even more clear.. hotels in the baht 1-2k+ per night range, large comfy beds, strong WiFi, swimming pools, flatscreen TVs & of course girl friendly without joiner fees. 

Personally, I’ve always preferred to stay between beach road & second road areas, but let’s throw in options around Buakhao & LK as well.
