What are some reasons my clients website is not loading on Google Chrome?

I have an SEO related project but I dont know why my clients Website is not loading in Google Chrome.

When I tried with Mozilla and Opera but it is working fine on these browsers.

I've tried deleting the user to reset Chrome to defaults, uninstalling/reinstalling Chrome,

disabling anti-X, clearing browser data, all with no luck.

I am also attaching the Screenshot of the issue that I got.
