Getting my Malay gf to Aust.

Hi all,

 

I have a simple question for a very complicated problem. My gf from Malaysia is visiting soon on her biz visa and we are hoping she can return soon after on a more permanant visa, or atleast for a longer time while we work out what to do.

 

I am hoping she can get work through her employer here in Aus like last time, but that is looking unlikely.

Another option is a student visa.

Of course, there is the fiancee/spouse visa, but frankly, from what I have read, we would struggle to convince immigration.....we have very few items of proof such as letters, photos, etc....although I am starting to collect those things now.

 

Anyway, what to do?
