Another sensless death.

The only way i can think of improveing this  is to start in the schools, teach teenagers road rules, maybe set up mini road systems in the playgrounds with things like traffic lights and pedestrian crossings.

Then ask maimed road crash survivors to come in explain how their lives have been ruined.
