I looked into Soi Dog Foundation's accounts a couple of years back. From memory, they have income of approx. $5M a year. That's $25M over the last 5 years! They could have neutered all the stray dogs in Thailand years ago, and we would have negligible strays in Thailand by now. Alternatively, they could house every stray dog in Thailand comfortably, with their annual income.Their "charity" has dogs as their first priority? Yeah right! They won't get  cent of my money.
