Renting Villa/House with Pool

Hi All,

Just looking at some options for accommmadation.

I normally stay in VT6, Areca Lodge or somewhere in between those two as I realy like being central to everything.  However, for my next 10 day trip, I keep thinking it would be cool to rent a whole house/villa with a pool.

Two quick questions:

• Is Airbnb my only option?  Or are there some local agencies that could help with this?
• The houses I can see on Airbnb closest to the action appear to be closer to Jomtien than Pattaya itself.  Whats the closest area to LK do you think I could get a whole house?

Its looking like a non-starter for such a short trip, but it would be great if I could find somewhere a 15 min walk from Soi Buakhau.

Im sure you could get something within 15 minute walk of soi buakhao(which end).

IMO, Naklua or pratumnak are probably your best bet . Bolt taxis are meant to be really cheap ( I haven't used them yet).

I just booked a three month stay in pattaya from airbnb. I would have got cheaper on the ground but don't want the hassle.  Have used airbnb multiple times in different countries.  No problems 

I joined a fbook group "pattaya buy and let" and they have listed houses . Might be worth a look. Loads of agents on it

I have personally rented two different pool villas in Jomtien.

Upside

All the girls seemed to love it and if you are looking for more than one girl, the pool is a good place to get more than one girl going at a time.

You have a pool! I would wake up each morning, grab some fresh fruit, turn on some music, and chill at the pool for a couple of hours. Some of the time alone, some of the time with friends.

Downside

The better options are in Jomtien. This is a time issue, but not really a girl issue unless you only do TF or Tinder to find your girls. Most of the girls are fine to go with you to your villa. I always gave a little extra for transport back to their part of the world when we were complete.

If is just you, it can be a little oversized. I rented both times with another punter and we shared the villa. 

Cost is clearly going to be more, but in relation to Western cost standards, still very affordable.

If that were my villa, the only difference in the above photos is the girls would be nude…lol.

They would know that before the invitation.

Girls aside, how was it for convenience? I have a room reserved near LK but also considering a villa if I can get to some shopping (restaurant, cafe, markets) near by.
