I don't expect them to do anything.  Look, Hong Kong is running out of hospital beds, the numbers reported in Thailand have gone from 8,000 per day up to over 17,000 cases reported per day.  Just because the numbers after 45-60 have finally started to drop in the West does NOT mean that the same will happen the same timeline in Thailand.  

It would be stupid for them to just toss open the border barriers and pretend it was 2018 again...at least until this current wave passes through, once that happens, by May as long as they do not have a spike from Songkron, I think the current restrictions will be partially lifted, sometime in June.
