Just telling a friend that It is one hotel I have never seen any reviews on any forums or facebook. Strange maybe it is mostly tour groups ?

Looks pretty tired. Average reviews online. I wouldn’t stay there.

Yes. Mainly tour groups, buses all over the place and outside on 2nd Road, but I think it was getting less customer even from the groups. Looked pretty quiet walking past even pre Covid.

Just from hearsay.....All sort of tour bus groups, rooms were below average and mongers get dirty looks from most of the staff. I wanted to try it in 2008 and I was advised to find other places by fellow board members (pattayatalk)

Being used as an ASQ hotel recently so I have been informed.

stayed at the Welcome Plaza hotel once that was full of Indian tour groups loudly complaining about the quality of the Indian food in the buffet.
