Casinos, recreational marijuana, and now vapes, this is really a banner year for LOS.

All that's left is to make it illegal to video people without their permission and life would be perfect.

Can't legally vape and yet the open air markets and several other places around town have stalls openly displaying and selling nothing but vape products already
