Still a crying shame of what happened to the young doctor, but maybe better vehicle training and proper law enforcement of things like drink driving or running red lights would be preferable?

Prison don’t work because they are allowed to have tv , PlayStation, video , three meal a day , sweet shopping at prison , Gym , football , Learning center . All too comfy .  Scrap all that , give only bread & water . That will work .

Yeah , very true . Impossible for the farangs in Thai prison with no A/C and sleeping with 40 prisoners in a cell . A piss pot at the corner for all to share . Unbelievable.  If that the same condition in every prison in the world . They will never reoffend . My schoolboys mate still in prison  , age 58 yrs old , been in and out of prison in UK and Ireland since he was 17 yrs old .  Tried to tell him to change ways but impossible. Sad .
