Hi. Just got sick of paying huge electric bills for Aircon last time there. Are there hotels or apartments utilities inclusive near 2nd road on a bugdet but nice. Of course monthly for a long stay?.

Suggest to check airbnb.

I find and  rent through airbnb monthly where all utilities included.

And I don't have to deal with headache of trying to get deposits back. Reading lots if stories lately of agents running off with deposits.
